The Spice Girls have added five more dates to their already popular 2019 reunion tour.
Tickets to see Sporty (Melanie C), Ginger (Geri Halliwell), Baby (Emma Bunton), and Scary (Mel B) went on sale on November 10 and due to the demand, the iconic girl group is now set to perform 11 different dates total.
To be fair, no new locations were added to the six-city circuit – they simply added additional days to some of the stops they’d already set.
Too bad for any Wannabe fan outside of the UK because, as of now, the tour has yet to spread to any other countries. So, if you want to see them spice up your life, you’re going to have to make the trip!
The new schedule for the Spice Girls reunion tour is:
Wednesday, May 29: Manchester
Friday, May 31: Manchester
Saturday, June 1: Manchester
Monday, June 3: Coventry
Tuesday, June 4: Coventry
Thursday, June 6: Sunderland
Saturday, June 8: Edinburgh
Monday, June 10: Bristol
Thursday, June 13: London
Friday, June 14: London
Saturday, June 15: London
If you’re wondering where Posh (Victoria Beckham) is in all of this, it turns out that none of the other girls even asked her to join because, according to an interview on The Jonathan Ross Show, they “presumed” she wouldn’t be interested.
But there doesn’t seem to be any hard feelings. As Beckham told E! at Sunday’s People’s Choice Awards, “It’s always about empowering women, making women feel the best, most beautiful and strong version of herself,” adding, “With the Spice Girls it started as girl power. And now it’s about empowering women through fashion.”
