Logan Paul kind of apologised for his recent “go gay” comments that he made on an episode of his podcast, Impaulsive.

The YouTube star, who previously made headlines after posting footage of an apparent suicide in Japan’s Aokigahara forest,” was speaking with his co-host Mile Majlak about month-to-month resolutions for 2019. When the two got to March, Logan said, “It’s male-only March. We’re going to attempt to go gay for just on month.”

Well, as you can imagine, the internet didn’t take too kindly to Paul’s comments that suggest being gay is a choice.

GLAAD tweeted Paul, saying, “That’s not how it works, @LoganPaul.”

Paul replied a few hours later, saying, “very poor choice of words… my fault. let’s get together and talk about it on my podcast next week?”

Uh, no, your apology shouldn’t be used as an opportunity to drive listeners to your podcast. Make it meaningful then and there or you’ve already lost.

Instagram star Daniel Preda sent out a tweet, condemning Paul’s comments and accusing him of “baiting the gay community.”
