Grindr UNWRAPPED pulls data from the app’s 15 million monthly users and over 32,000 votes to sum up the year in the gayest way possible. For example, “Bulge of the Year” goes to Bad Bunny withJonathan Bailey, David Corenswet, Austin Butler, and Parker Posey‘s Concealed Pill Bottle in White Lotus rounding out the top 5.

In 2025, Grindr users sent over 135 billion chats, which is a lot of “Hey”s and “Looking?”s if you really break it down.

When it comes to data by country, United States has the highest percentage of daddies, followed by Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Canada. Ireland has the most bears, Finland has the highest percentage of vers (versatile), and it’s South Africa that takes the top spot for bottom hotspots.
