‘General Hospital’s Adrian Anchondo reveals relationship with ‘DOOL’s Colton Little

General Hospital hunk Adrian Anchondo has hard launched his relationship with Days of Our Lives star Colton Little. The two went Instagram official on December 30 with a carousel post of photos from their recent trips to Florida and San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The first photo of the post, taken in front of the crystal blue ocean water and a Puerto Rican flag, shows Little planting a kiss on Anchondo’s cheek while Anchondo looks at the camera.

The caption didn’t hold much back: “This Christmas made my heart pop 🥹 Thank you Puerto Rico and Florida 🐸.”

Anchondo has been starring on General Hospital as Marcos Rios since March 2025. The character is the son of Natalia (Eva LaRue) and Sidwell (Carlo Rota), and is currently involved romantically with Dr. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). Anchondo has an extensive television resume, having previously appeared on shows like Law & Order: Organized Crime, The Rookie, and NCIS: Los Angeles.

Little is known for his recurring role as Andrew Donovan on Days of Our Lives. His character recently married his long-time romantic partner Paul Narita (Christopher Sean). Not long after their wedding, the pair left Salem. Little’s previous acting credits include NCIS: Origins and 9-1-1: Lone Star.
