Colton Haynes and Jeff Leatham are going ahead with their divorce

It looks as if Colton Haynes and Jeff Leatham‘s divorce is back on track, according to a new report from The Blast.

Earlier this year, Haynes filed for divorce from Leatham and cited irreconcilable differences after six months of marriage. The Arrow star requested that Leatham not receive any spousal support and that each party pay their own legal bills.

A few days after, Leatham cited irreconcilable differences in his filing and agreed to neither being given spousal support.

On December 14, after close to seven months of inactivity in their case, Leatham “served Haynes with a preliminary declaration of disclosure, which is legal talk for handing over financial information to the actor in the case.”

The filing means Leatham intends to keep the divorce case moving.

It’s been rumoured that despite the divorce remaining active, the two had been making attempts at reconciliation after being spotted together.

In October, the pair posted celebratory Instagram photos marking their one-year anniversary. Haynes has since deleted his post but Leatham’s remains up.
